Page Organizer

See PDF pages as cards; drag to reorder, rotate or delete them and save the result as one PDF.

What it does

Seeing every page as a thumbnail and dragging them into a new order, rotating some and deleting others is one of the most wanted features even in desktop apps. This tool shows pages as cards and lets you review every change before saving.

Nothing is permanent until you save, and Reset takes you back to the start. Saving downloads a new PDF; your original stays untouched.

How to use it

  1. Drop your PDF file; its pages are listed as cards.
  2. Drag the cards to reorder them, rotate them or delete them.
  3. Press "Save and download".

When is it useful?

  • Putting pages back in order after a messy scan
  • Deleting blank or unwanted pages
  • Fixing a few sideways pages
  • Changing the order of sections in a merged document

Tips

  • Merge first, then reorder here: the easiest way to edit several files at once.
  • Once the order is right, pass the result to Add Page Numbers.

Frequently asked questions

Can I undo a page I deleted?
Yes, before you save: the "Reset" button undoes every change. Once you save, a new PDF is downloaded and your original file stays untouched.
Does it save the pages in a different order?
Yes. The card order you see on screen is the page order in the final PDF.
Is the rotation permanent?
Yes. In the saved PDF the page is flagged so that it displays in that orientation.
Does it slow down with long documents?
Thumbnails are drawn only as they scroll into view, so even documents with hundreds of pages scroll smoothly.
