Photo Album PDF
Lay out 10-20 photos on a single PDF page in a 2x2, 3x3 or custom grid. Ideal for contact sheets and albums.
What it does
Instead of one photo per page, lay dozens of them out in a 2x2, 3x3 or custom grid. Event photos, product shots or design drafts become a tidy PDF of a few pages.
Each photo fits its cell without being stretched. New pages are added as the grid fills, and you choose the page size and spacing.
How to use it
- Add your images and drag them into order.
- Choose the number of rows and columns, the page size and the spacing.
- Press "Create grid PDF".
When is it useful?
- Making print-ready album pages from event or wedding photos
- Drafting a product catalogue from product shots
- Creating contact sheets for photographers
- Putting the front and back of an ID card on one page
Tips
- For the two sides of an ID card, a 1-column, 2-row grid fits neatly on one A4 or Letter page.
- Increase the spacing a little for print to leave room for trimming.
Frequently asked questions
- How many images can I add?
- There is no limit. As each grid fills up (for example 3x3 = 9 images per page), a new page is added automatically.
- What happens if the images have different aspect ratios?
- Each image is scaled proportionally to fit its own cell (no cropping, no distortion), so a cell may be left with some empty space.
- Is this a contact sheet or a photo album?
- It is both: a small grid with many images gives you a contact sheet, while a large grid with few images gives you an album page.
- How is the photo order decided?
- Drag the cards into any order after adding them; the grid fills left to right, top to bottom.
